We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst the snowcapped Dhauladhar range and surrounded by lush pine forests. The view from our room's balcony was breathtaking. The staff here are incredibly polite and courteous, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a comfy sitting area and a balcony. The hotel also offers a range of leisure activities such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and even a game room. We loved every moment of our stay here!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments offered at this hotel. the sauna was the best we've experienced, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was nestled in the mountains providing breathtaking views from our room.
The outdated furnishings in our room and dining area. We also found that the prices were a bit steep for meals and activities offered.

Nestled in the lap of nature, this serene location is perfect for those looking to reconnect with nature. the main attractions like the Dalai Lama temple and Dal lake are located nearby, providing easy access. the rooms are neat and clean, with a perfect view of the mountains. the staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring that every guest is comfortable. the spa services are a must-try for those looking to unwind and rejuvenate their senses.
One minor issue faced during the stay was with the housekeeping service, which needed frequent reminders for basic amenities.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary bottles of water in my room and the availability of a free shuttle service to the nearby airport. The location of the hotel was also great, close to restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
I found the room to be a bit small and cramped, which was made worse by the lack of storage space. The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, and the quality of the food could have been better.
